• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. User Conduct

Users agree to use Match Me responsibly and not engage in any unlawful, harmful, or abusive behavior. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to harassment, impersonation, spamming, or posting inappropriate content.

5. Content Ownership and License

Users retain ownership of their content but grant Match Me a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute content as necessary to operate the service.

6. Gold Membership and Payments

Gold Membership provides additional features subject to subscription payments. Subscription terms, billing, and cancellation policies are detailed in the Payment and Subscription Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

Match Me is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes and continued use constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction of Match Me’s registered headquarters.
