1. Subscription Services
Match Me offers premium features through a paid subscription service called “Gold Membership.” Subscription fees provide access to exclusive functionalities as described within the app.
2. Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely via authorized third-party payment providers. Match Me does not store your full payment details.
3. Billing and Renewal
- Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis according to the selected plan.
- Automatic renewal is enabled by default but can be canceled anytime before the renewal date.
- Users will receive notifications regarding upcoming renewals and billing changes.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
- Users may cancel their subscription at any time via app settings or by contacting support.
- No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods already paid.
- Refunds, if any, are handled on a case-by-case basis according to applicable laws and platform policies.
5. Changes to Subscription Terms
Match Me reserves the right to modify subscription fees and terms with prior notice to users.
