1. Scope

This policy applies to all users globally and is based on international regulations including GDPR (EU), COPPA (USA), LGPD (Brazil), PDPA (Singapore), and UNCRC (UN Convention on the Rights of the Child).

2. Age Restrictions

Match Me is strictly for users aged 18 and older. No children under the age of 18 are permitted to use or access our platform. Users must verify their age upon registration.

3. Age Verification and Enforcement

• All users are required to provide their date of birth.
• AI-driven systems detect and flag underage accounts.
• Flagged accounts are suspended and reviewed by moderators.

4. Prohibited Conduct

• Sharing, soliciting or distributing any content involving minors is strictly forbidden.
• Attempting to contact, impersonate or groom minors will result in immediate account termination and legal reporting.

5. Data Protection of Minors

Match Me does not knowingly collect or store any data from users under 18. If discovered, such data is permanently deleted, and appropriate measures are taken in line with applicable laws.

6. Reporting and Enforcement

Users can report suspicious behavior via in-app tools or by contacting abuse@matchme.com. We cooperate with international law enforcement agencies and child protection organizations globally.
